  • Dr. David Nathan – is a Princeton, NJ based psychiatrist, writer, speaker, educator, and consultant. He is the founder and board president of Doctors for Cannabis Regulation. Dr. Nathan was one of the founding steering committee members of NJ United for Marijuana Reform. In 2015 he became the first physician in NJ history to testify in favor of cannabis legislation before the state legislature. He will give us a comprehensive overview of how the reform impacts our work with clients.
  • Robin Bacon-Hoffman – Robin is an Adjunct professor at Rutgers University, Pastor, writer, and Chair of the Springpoint Senior Living Ethics Committee. She has presented at the Leading Age conference on Ethics and has an extensive background in Elder care, pastoral care, leading workshops, and End of life care. She is a graduate of Penn State University and Princeton Theological Seminary. Robin will share the new legislative updates and help us understand our role with clients as the Medical Aid in Dying Act was introduced to New Jersey (MAID) in August.
  • Attorney Donald Vanarelli –Donald D. Vanarelli is a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation, an ABA-certifying organization. Mr Vanarelli represents older and disabled persons and their representatives in financial long-term medical care, nursing home issues, qualifying for benefits, special needs planning, probate and guardianship proceedings.
