The founder of the law firm, Donald D. In addition, Mr. Vanarelli has, for many years, participated in the Union County Probate Early Settlement Panel, an invitation-only panel of experienced estate and elder law attorneys selected by the Superior Court, Chancery Division, Union County, based upon a panelist’s reputation, quality of work and experience. Panelists on the Union County Probate Early Settlement Panel assist the Court by mediating contested probate, estate and guardianship cases, as well as pending will contests, at no cost to the litigants.
